Crits in pen and paper
The additional critical rolls to increase damage is presented as one of the optional methods to handle critical hits in pnp. Also presented as an option is the rerolling of dice if a 1 or 20 is rolled subtracting 20 or adding 20 to the successive roll based on whether 1 or 20 is rolled until the dic...

Will be on it soon
I'll be probably testing hopefully with rockhome soon. I've just installed the ACS and gone through the avlis zero and exported all the missing resrefs and items for crafting that aren't in the original crafting package but are part of the recipes. Everything should be working good for the crafting,...

Neither gone nor forgotten...
Moving is indeed grand, Moonsea's webspace has gotten lost in internet provider shuffle, hopefully to be resurrected soon. Moonsea itself has been down for the past week but has gone back online as of today. Updates will ensue shortly. The website is backed up and should be back online possibly toni...

Oftentimes when I'm modifying core code I'll leave the old code in there commented out in case I need it, or just for people to see what was changed, so no not any specific reason. The constants are defined in nwscript I believe and without a modified version those constants do not exist, that is th...

Modified Bigby's
Hmm, I noticed that bigby's equations are a bit muffed up from what they're supposed to be in pnp, mostly for grapple purposes, the bullrush equations seem to be all right, but the forceful hand is just supposed to do bullrushing every round, so I've done some code rewriting, both to fix the severly...

Looking for a few good men...
Well, The Moonsea is starting to come alive, but there's alot of work to be done to flesh out the world and make it come alive, and its alot of work for a team thats going to be down a man here soon as Jester will be out of Commission for a while. In light of that we're interested in polling for som...

IRC channel for copap dev
Is that a possibility, could be handy to have an irc channel to camp on for worldbuilders and scripters, so we could bs while we work, ask for a hand with various issues. They had a good one setup for ALFA, I know that avlis has one but I would gather that its got primarily players on there, would b...

Moonsea Website
Greets,
We've got our initial website ( http://www.phlan-moonsea.org/ ) up for your perusal, with some features lists, a map of the area and a section that we will be expanding backgrounds on the region as well as a host of some screenshots of the environment.

hmm glad someone actually read that post instead
thanks Nightbringer for actually reading through that script I tried to mention or orl before that there is still a function to access the diety string but I guess he didn't really catch what I was saying. The system seems pretty good, it uses the export characters function which seems to be pretty ...

dunno who all has seen this
Once again I'll post this perhaps someone would like to take the time out to actually take a boo at this forum and read a bit and take a look at the script, it could be a solution to all these database problems, without using an item slot. http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=261402&am...

Initial Update
Ok, got the forum now I guess I'll give a quick update on our status. We're not ready ;) Currently we have about 140 area online but there's plenty of work and the server is pretty sparse. The quest generator is taking up most of my scripting time at the moment. I'm coding a system that will randoml...

man I bought the spelljammer set the week it came out, always loved it, if done well, and it sounds like you're doing a good job, then it will be a total blast. I don't think you'll have to worry about players. With what it sounds like you're doing you will have a pretty large cadre of followers for...

ask red golem
just ask red golem, he knows some tricks for getting large sized weapons into the hands of the small, I'm not sure to what degree he knows about modifying properties, but he's got a pic on his sight of a halfling wielding a double axe and it says in the caption that its sans hak packs so he'd be the...

hmm quick question
when you fire an 'actions taken' script off a pc's conversation node is the pc the activator grabbed with OBJECT_SELF? or is the script activator still the npc conversation host? if its the pc then I assume that GetLastSpeaker() grabs the previous voice nodes activator? I've been too lazy to load up...

yaa, I like the links idea
Yes, I agree with Themicles, thats a good way to go, a consolidated page of links to various places to dl the haks for different servers. I'm going to be keeping my hak packs minimal personally, preferrably under 15mb and hopefully under 10mb, I'll probably try to use duplicate hak packs that other ...
